SHIPPING INFORMATION: We wish your purchases to arrive safely and timely, insurance is added to all glass or breakable items. If you wish to add insurance to any order, please let us know before we ship your item. Most items are shipped USPS, Priority or First Class. We may elect to ship by another carrier, if so, we will notify you via e-mail. All international orders are shipped by USP Services or UPS. We also use delivery confirmation as this assures communication regarding prompt delivery. We will not be responsible for any shipped item lost, delayed, or damaged due to the postal service. All items will be packed securely as we want you to enjoy your new treasure.
INSPECTION AND RETURN POLICY:
We sincerely wish to develop a positive, and long lasting, customer relationship with you.
We extend to you a three (3) day inspection period - the three (3) days following the arrival of your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us so we can discuss the issue. We will respond with e-mail instructions for the return. ALL returns must be received with seven (7) days of this approval e-mail sent by us to the buyer. Upon our receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will issue a refund to you. Full purchase price will be refunded, however, buyer is responsible shipping/insurance charges. Fees charged to us by Pay Pal or credit cards are not refundable and will be subtracted accordingly.
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be safely returned, in the same condition it was sent to you. That means clean! Again, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so please package returns with care. Please note any flaws noted in the item description before you purchase as we cannot accept a request for a refund due to what we have already described to you.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
DAMAGE POLICY:
We will take that extra step to prevent damage or breakage. If, despite our efforts, your item is received damage, you must work with the carrier, and submit a claim. They will normally want to see the entire order, including original packing material. They will send the claim to us. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless instructed to do so. If you do so, it will void the insurance.
